I'm here to tell you the TRUTH about getting in shape!
If you’re like most people the biggest problem you face right now is that you want to get in shape but you may not feel:
1. Like you want to spend money on a gym that you will not likely use for very long
2. Like you want to have other people staring at you when you are working out
3. Like you have the energy to workout (you’re too tired)
4. Like you know what to do to get an actual result even if you went to a gym
Plus, you’re faced with the fact the Covid-19 is not over and you might not want to expose yourself and those you love if you don’t need too. I get it.
But that's not the end of the problem. It actually gets worse! Why?
Because it can take a lot of time to get dressed, get in the car, then drive through traffic just to get to a gym to workout. Who has all of this time?
Not to mention that your job responsibilities have likely changed, possibly your financial situation as well, and you may not have summer camps or programs to keep your kids busy…all of this can really drain your energy.
Not to mention the fact that we are living in uncertain times. People are uncertain on the future of this virus. There is racial tension and social unrest happening in our country and riots on our streets. Businesses are closing down around us and it can make us feel like we don’t have a lot of control.
Which means you've probably been spending more time feeling stressed, eating comfort foods more than usual and perhaps having a few extra cocktails or other calorie laden drinks over the last several weeks, or lets be honest, MONTHS.
Who can blame you?
The worst part is all this leads to you feeling less than your best and likely some unwanted weight gain.

Look, I’m here to tell you that when it comes to becoming a healthier, fitter version of you that sets your body up to help fight disease and gives you more energy to LIVE - You DO have control of that!
